Soil and Building, is a construction company based in Denmark, which has been trading for over 5 years, has expanded from its beginnings as a concrete structures, Currently employs over 1,000 members with professional staff specialists to operate in five divisions covering the following types of works, all types of construction tasks and civil Engineering.

In the last Six Years we have delivered projects that are diverse in their build types. From streetscapes and rail facilities, to Oil & Gas and warehouses, through to luxury high-end apartments and hotels. Our capabilities extend across the entire building process and gas line constructions, with our professional project design, project management teams and our site team members. Soil and Building A/S contribution to any project extends beyond the physical construction, particularly with capabilities in all areas of project management. Having worked under varying contract types, including Total GMP, Lump Sum/Fixed Price, Cost Plus/Open Book and Collaborative Agreements, Soil and Building Constructors aim to meet our client needs in terms of a quality build and timely construction, offering potential cost savings and design advice where appropriate. With the diversity of build across multiple sectors, Soil and Building is recognised for providing total performance with the ability to work in operational areas and in the public sector.


The key difference between Soil and Building A/S Constructors and other large construction firms is that we are builders and we directly employ builders – we don’t just subcontract all of our work out. Our experienced team is locally and foreigner and we are able to call upon the significant national resource, with significant plant holding and a large directly employed labour force, to be a truly integrated construction company.

Specialist technical staff including Design & BIM Managers, Cost Planners, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers, along with the majority of structural trades (via Stresscrete, can be utilised from our wider group employee base. Soil and Building A/S Constructors delivers satisfactory results for our clients through behaviors such as total team engagement and commitment. Our collaborative delivery model, shows our vast wealth of expertise is being utilised to offer a transparent and robust procurement process and to deliver successful project outcomes. Product Engineering coordinates the company's work with quality, environment and safety. Product Engineering is responsible for the internal auditing of the certified management systems, according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and Certificate No. 1510 of 14 December 2018, and prepares reports for management.
