Soil & Building currently employs 500 members of staff with professional specialist expertise in all types of construction tasks.
​
Our employees possess solid experience within their specific areas of expertise and are supported by Denmark’s largest and most modern machinery fleet, which totals more than 350 construction machines with belts or rubber wheels, mobile cranes and railway machinery, as well as other specialist equipment.
Soil & Building was founded in 2018
We work with our own departments in foundations, concrete, groundwater lowering, railways, tunneling and crane hire.

Soil & Building’s head office is located in København K, Hovedstaden Denmark, with regional offices in Fredericia, Risskov and Østre Anlæg and local offices in Aalborg.

Since 2021 we have had an annual turnover in excess of DKK 220 Million and have robust solvency and liquidity ratios, which also means that we have been assessed in the top investment category with a Triple-A credit rating.
​
At Soil & Building, we are proud that we have many strings to play within construction, engineering and construction. We contribute i.a. with competences in construction design and economics, technical installations and plant-specific solutions.
Soil & Building Ltd recently attained ISO 45001:2020 Accreditation.

The accreditation recognizes the importance of continual improvement of their methods, maintaining an education program for workers managing and upgrading equipment and technologies. More than 80% of our annual turnover is generated by Soil & Building's know-how being involved early in our customers' projects.
