When we adopted “Soil & Building – the solution-oriented partner” as our motto more than 5 years ago, we also laid the foundation for the position we hold today. Since then, these words have guided everything we do, internally and externally.

At Soil & Building, we find solutions rather than seeing conflicts. When we commit to a task, the customers – and our customers’ customers – are always at the centre. We want our customers, suppliers and subcontractors to perceive Soil & Building as a solution-oriented partner with inclusive processes that ensure a strong and flexible collaborative relationship for the projects in which we are involved.

When you build with us, we are informal, dedicated and attentive in every respect. Our experience shows that early dialogue and involvement , together with joint development, create the best results. Regardless of where in the process Soil & Building enters a project, we want to be close to the task and all the parties involved, so that we can contribute our knowledge and experience to a successful collaboration with which everyone involved can be satisfied.

Inclusive collaboration model

Our inclusive three-phase collaboration model ensures that Soil & Building makes a significant contribution, from start to finish, to the projects in which we are involved. This applies to supplier project design, process optimisation and ensuring a financial overview.

Early involvement is the key to our successful collaboration with customers and subcontractors. We fully involve ourselves and our customers and suppliers in the projects, as our experience shows that this creates increased productivity, greater job satisfaction and, not least, better results.

Soil & Building is a construction, technical engineering and civil engineering company with a high level of professional know-how, offering good and sound consultation before, during and after every project in which we are involved. That’s why we call ourselves “the solution-oriented partner”. 80% of our revenue comes from our inclusive collaboration model, which is an important part of our DNA.

We were the first – and we’re still here.
Soil & Building is Denmark’s construction company and a major player in the Danish construction and civil engineering industry. The company currently employs around 1,000 permanent employees. In addition, we have more than 1,500 craftsmen and technical advisers at our disposal via business partners and subcontractors. We work from eight offices spread across Denmark.

Since 2021, Soil & Building has been part of the Danjord, one of Scandinavia’s leading contractors. The Group practices systematic knowledge sharing across the Group, so that innovative new solutions also benefit Soil & Building customers in Denmark.

Specifically, we gather all relevant stakeholders early in the process. Besides you as a customer, this may include architects, engineers and suppliers. Together, we identify needs, wishes and challenges. We find the best solutions together, align expectations and determine the optimal project process in terms of quality, time frame and economy. Since every process has its own dynamics, we continuously follow up on agreements and goals via evaluation meetings and workshops. Our focus is on optimising processes and making the best possible use of each other’s strengths and skills.
